1. GENERAL By accessing and purchasing from aurivia.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Aurivia™ reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. PRODUCTS All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Results from skincare products vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE Aurivia™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled by us.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Aurivia™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to auriviaskincare@yahoo.com. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Aurivia™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on aurivia.co.za, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Aurivia™ and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
